We are looking for a skilled Headhunter to join our HR team and recruit qualified candidates for open positions.

As a Headhunter, you will establish hiring criteria, source candidates through social media, and engage with prospects via email or phone. Strong communication skills are crucial for candidate and internal team interactions.

Ultimately, your primary task will be to actively position qualified candidates and establish talent pipelines to meet our forthcoming hiring demands.

• Utilize resume databases and portfolio sites for candidate sourcing.
• Advertise open positions through external networks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine necessary requirements for open positions
• Maintain organized candidate databases, such as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Attend job fairs and coordinate career events.
• Maintain communication with past applicants. 
• Send recruitment emails to passive candidates and follow up as needed.

• Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Strong time-management skills to handle multiple open roles concurrently.
• Sound decision-making skills capabilities
• Skilled in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search.
• Practical experience using sourcing tools like resume databases and portfolio sites.
• Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
• Communication and persuasion skills, particularly in cold calling and recruiting emails.
