We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented research specialist to join our team. The research specialist will be responsible for designing and executing research studies, analyzing data, and presenting findings to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods and be able to work collaboratively with other team members.

As a research specialist, you'll be in charge of gathering, sorting, and analysing data, as well as planning, executing, and interpreting research projects, conducting product development laboratory experiments, and directing everyday laboratory tasks.

• Creating goals and plans for research initiatives and proposals.  

• The research specialist tasks include designing and carrying out scientific experiments, gathering data, and analyzing and evaluating test and study results.

• Testing, modifying, and implementing new methodologies and procedures as well as choosing the right research strategies and approaches.

• Must respond to research queries, troubleshoot issues, devise experimental protocols, monitor current projects, as well as implement changes

• Propose methods for improving the quality of research and team productivity.  

• Reporting problems with equipment and assisting with the setup of new equipment.  

• Contributing research findings to publications, articles, presentations, grants, and other documents, as well as composing them.  

• Assisting with the submission of grants and manuscripts.  

• Supporting senior research workers by guiding, training, and counselling junior researchers and students.  

• Creating and adhering to standard operating procedures, as well as company regulations and safety guidelines.

• Develop reports and presentations summarizing research findings for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure research projects are completed on time and within budget

• A bachelor's degree in science or an area connected to science is required.  

• 2-3 years of research experience is required.

• Must be familiar with softwares and research tools.

• Principles, concepts, techniques, and methodologies of research are all covered.  

• Scientific laboratory research procedures knowledge.

• Project management and leadership skills as well as ability to multitask.

• Strong mathematical, analytical, and research skills are required.  

• Interpersonal, written, and vocal communication skills are exceptional.
