We are looking for a Plant Manager to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes. The Plant Manager will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. They develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.

We're looking for a plant manager to oversee one of our major plants' production, maintenance, and quality assurance operations. This multitasking specialist will coordinate the manufacturing operations at the facility to guarantee compliance with corporate objectives, quality systems, and customer expectations. The ideal applicant will be extremely detail-oriented and capable of leading a team while also acting as a bridge between plant workers and higher management. This individual must be committed to achieving operational excellence and have a genuine desire to see the firm flourish.

• Manage daily operations in our plant facility

• Ensure safety and efficiency of the facility

• Test and monitor plant processes

• Remain in compliance with facility ISO standards and all HSE guidelines

• Prepare, analyze and issue production and performance reports

• Maintain all administrative records

• Control costs to achieve company budget goals

• Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program

• Proven experience working in plant operations required

• Good understanding of regulatory requirements for operating plants

• Strong aptitude for root cause analysis and troubleshooting operational issues

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and computer technology

• Familiar with operating plant equipment safely and efficient
