We are looking for a result driven retail Store Manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in financial planning, employee recruitment, or retail management. Store Manager responsibilities may include supervising assistant store managers.

• Develop and implement the overall store strategy

• Monitor day-to-day store operations

• Identify process bottlenecks and suggest solutions in a timely manner

• Design and implement standards and guidelines for a variety of stores and their departments

• Hire, lead and evaluate your team  

• Set up key store KPIs

• Prepare and present reports on KPIs

• Create reports and presentations for upper management

• Provide assistance and advice to upper management in decision making

• Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager

• BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field
