We are looking for a skilled shift supervisor to assist us in providing an excellent customer experience while also keeping things in order.

You will supervise employees during your shift on a daily basis to ensure that they complete their tasks and are motivated to work effectively. Contributing to the production strategy by understanding the business goals and how to achieve them is one of the shift supervisor skills. You'll also serve as a resource for employees and customers, ready to solve any problems that arise.

Finally, you'll contribute to the upkeep of our company's reputation by ensuring that daily tasks are completed and objectives are met.

• Manage employee shifts, daily schedules, and time-off requests.

• Assign tasks to employees and monitor their progress.

• Ensure that daily sales/production targets are met.  

• Count cash at the end of the shift and manage bank deposits.

• Train and integrate new employees

• When necessary, provide employees with guidance and feedback.

• Maintain compliance with industry rules and regulations; handle customer and employee complaints

• Resolve employee disagreements

• On occasion, transport products and other objects to and from the worksite.

• Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor or a similar role is required.

• Complete knowledge of industry safety standards

• Knowledge of basic software, such as Word and Excel, is required.

• The ability to meet the physical demands of the job, such as standing for long periods of time and occasionally lifting heavy loads

• Ability to multitask while working well in a team

• Leadership and conflict resolution abilities

• A high school diploma is required, and a management degree is preferred.
