We are looking for a competent Restaurant Server to take and deliver orders. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences.

A restaurant server responsibilities include ensuring the place is clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. In your job as a restaurant server you need to be quick on your feet and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you.

The ultimate goal of a Restaurant Server will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.

• A restaurant server must welcome each guest with a smile and friendly greeting
• Must ensure to participate in training and development skills.
• Work closely with the restaurant's management to promptly resolve any client complaints and make dining a pleasant experience.
• Help customers with their orders by explaining dishes and drinks and making recommendations as appropriate
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner
• Collect payments and ensure that reviews and feedbacks are collected from guests
• Coordinate food orders to guarantee timely and efficient delivery to guests
• Refill water and periodically check on guests to handle any issues promptly
• Maintain our high food safety and sanitation standards
• Clean and reset tables

• High school diploma
• As a restaurant server you must tend to create a positive work partnerships and interpersonal connections with coworkers and customers.
• Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Must work with a positive attitude to ensure positive customer service and good growth of the restaurant
• Ability to work well under pressure and coordinate with cooks, and other staff.
• Good time-management skills and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
• Able to use a point-of-sale system and handle money correctly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
