We are looking for a responsible Quality Inspector to check the quality of all incoming and outgoing material and products as well as production procedures. As a Quality Inspector you will be a firm advocate of quality in our business.

In the role of a Quality Inspector you will possess a trained eye for detail and will be reliable and committed. In depth knowledge and comprehension of quality standards is essential.

The goal is to ensure that our products are made of flawless materials with well-functioning equipment. That way our customers will enjoy high-quality merchandise so that we can achieve long-term success.

• Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.

• Work with departmental managers to increase general company safety and product quality by educating the production team about quality control problems.

• Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.

• Final products are approved by verifying specifications, performing visual and measurement checks, returning products for rework, and confirming rework.

• Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.

• Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.

• Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.

• Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.

• Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.

• Supervise the production process.

• Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.

• Diploma required
  ‍
• One to two years’ quality inspector experience

• Must possess excellent communication skills

• Knowledge of measuring tools, including meters, gauges, computers, calipers, and other measuring devices

• Strong understanding of raw materials and the manufacturing industry
