We are looking for an Investment Analyst who can help with researching and analyzing financial data to make investment recommendations. As a investment analyst your role would include monitoring the performance of investments and adjusts recommendations as needed.

The successful candidate will study how an investment is likely to perform and how sustainable it is. Your role as a investment analyst should help with analysing the financial data, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to assess the financial health of companies.

• Assisting fund managers with their decision-making processes by providing strategic recommendations and supporting data analysis

• Must ensure thorough research and the best investment recommendations to clients or employer.

• Analysing investment opportunities, legal information, and financial data to make recommendations.

• Creating financial reports for clients and other team members.

• Completing market research, risk assessments, analysis, and other projects

• Must stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, such as securities laws and accounting standards

• Use financial ratios, such as price-to-earnings ratios, to compare companies within an industry.

• Ensure that the investments comply with the legal laws

• Following market trends and keeping up-to-date on industry and regulation changes

• Working closely with team on special projects as needed

• Other duties as assigned

• A bachelor's degree in finance, investment banking, or accounting.

• At least 2 years experience in a similar role.

• Must stay updated with current affairs news and an appreciation of their impact on the market

• Strong mathematical and numerical skills.

• Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
