We are looking for a reliable Financial Manager that will analyze every day financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.

The goal is to enable the company’s leaders to make sound business decisions, meet the company’s objectives and help with long-term financial security.

• A financial manager must prepare business activity reports, financial statements, and forecasts.

• Make sure financial legal requirements are met.

• Developing financial reporting systems.

• Find ways to reduce or maintain costs by studying financial reports and business processes.

• Develop a strategy for obtaining funds from banks and other financial institutions.

• Analyse trends to discover business opportunities and maximize profits.

• Aid management in financial decisions.

• Maintain up to date financial system knowledge.

• Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.

• Must be able to tackle financial problems.
  ‍
• Must ensure all financial reports, leading the month-end closure process, and doing monthly financial forecasting are all completed.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; Certified Public Accountant is a plus

• 5-8 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis

• Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information

• Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners

• Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL, Access, etc.

• Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
