We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to lead and oversee the work of employees in our company. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all matters business. They will be a competent leader able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the company’s culture and vision. Suitable applicants should also be good written and verbal communicators, with the capacity to identify growth prospects.

• Supervise employee production and counsel toward improved efficiency with internal processes that adhere to legal guidelines
• Provide appropriate data analytics of sales and distributors and partners to appropriate management teams
• Work with assistant managers to develop long-term strategic initiatives
• Create and maintain rolling 3-month sales forecast and targeting sales attainment plans
• Participate in competitive analysis and pricing strategy development
• Support customer-facing operations, including sales, marketing, and public relations
• Supervise employees' work and provide criticism and advice to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain ties with business partners, vendors, and suppliers.
• Collect, analyse, and evaluate external and internal data, as well as generate reports
• Examine overall firm performance in relation to goals.
• Represent the company at events, conferences, and so on.
  
• Ensure that all legal regulations and norms are followed.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, business management or other related fields.
• At least 3 years' experience in a management position.
• Outstanding leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations.
• Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight.
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office, databases, and information systems
• Excellent knowledge of research methodology and data analysis techniques
  
• BSc/BA in Business Management or a related discipline; MSc/MA preferred.
